Head's Buffet

The year ten GCSE Catering group had the tough but pleasurable task of organising the refreshments for the head’s feeder lunch on July 11th. All pupils worked well in making this event a huge success. The pupils behaved in a professional manner and produced dishes that were restaurant quality, the chocolate shots being a huge hit. The staff that attended enjoyed the event so much that they asked for it to be a weekly occurrence! Well done to all pupils involved and lets start looking for recipes for next year.
