Charlotte is a delightful 15 year old Cardiff girl from Whitchurch High School who has been diagnosed with a very serious and rare genetic illness, Schwachman - Diamond syndrome.

The disease has progressed rapidly to the point where she urgently needs a life saving bone marrow transplant before the disease progresses into Leukemia. She has to go into hospital very shortly to undergo chemotherapy and thereafter a bone marrow transplant.

Her family and friends are trying to raise as much money as possible to buy personal items to take into her room as she is not allowed her own personal belongings due to infection.
