On the 1^st March 2006 Mr Williams (DT) took a group of Yr 10s to meet Sir Steve Redgrave. Sir Steve has won 5 Olympic gold medals for rowing and is world famous for his achievements in his sport. The event was held to introduce the new scheme from the Sir Steve Redgrave foundation to encourage rowing in the school system.  Whitchurch High School has been privileged enough to be selected for this programme.
