Wales and Britain in the Early Modern World, c.1500–1760 Pupils should be taught about some of the major political and religious changes which shaped the history of Wales and Britain in this period. They should be taught about the changes in institutions such as the church, the monarchy and Parliament, and the effects these had on Wales. They should have the opportunity to study in depth either one international aspect of life in this period or one aspect of its social and economic life.
